• Site Selection & Contract Negotiation- GEA assists clients in selecting venues for meetings and special events.  This is a no charge service to the client, with the facilities paying GEA a commission for the referral. The process starts by understanding your goals and objectives, budget, strategic business requirements, ROI requirements, and location specific preferences. GEA will then prepare and submit Request for Proposals to appropriate properties based upon your requirements.  GEA will accompany you to selected properties for a site visit and the event contract is negotiated on behalf of or in conjunction with you, the client, ensuring you the best total overall event pricing.
• Project Management - Depending upon the scope of the meeting or event, GEA can provide professional project management to assist with all aspects of program planning.
• Creative and Content Development- GEA’s experienced marketing team can assist you in aligning the business strategy, meeting objectives, messaging, theme, and look and feel. 
• Team Building and Organizational Development- GEA can provide assistance in translating organizational and teambuilding needs into professionally designed and led activities.  Tap into our years of experience in developing custom team building events or let us use our network of vendors to provide an exciting team building activity.
• Vendor Selection- As with the selection process for the location, other vendors (décor, transportation, entertainment, marketing collateral and signage, amenities, teambuilding, etc.) can be secured, contracts negotiated, and their services can be managed while on-site at your event.
• Registration and Housing Management-  We will work with you to analyze your registration and housing needs and provide you with options for the most appropriate solutions to provide you and your attendees with integrated registration and room block management.  Our database administrator can work with you to implement custom or web-based registration tools.
• On-Site Meeting and Event Management – GEA provides staffing services to manage all aspects of your meeting logistics.  Let our team integrate with yours to provide optimum staffing coverage from pre-con and set up to seeing your last attendee off at the airport.
• Promotional Products - GEA offers a complete line of promotional products that can be branded for your corporate gift, incentive, or marketing programs.
• Reporting- Post meeting reporting services to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal ROI analysis.
